Paris was born in Athens, Greece and raised in Montreal, Canada. After his studies in broadcasting he worked as a journalist in New York. Among other things, he was corresponding for major Greek magazines. When state radio monopoly in Greece was phased out by law, and private radio stations were launched, he moved permanently to Athens, to join the advancement.

Additionally, throughout his career on the radio, he became a very well known producer / presenter of popular shows, with fans all over the country. He is the author of two books, narrator on television shows, and advertising spots, and new media developer.

He has interviewed some of the world’s leading personalities, for radio, TV, and magazines, over the years:

POP, ROCK, & TV STARS: Phil Collins, Paul Young, Tina Turner, Billy Ocean, Kylie Minogue, Rick Astley, Grace Jones, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Sandra, Rory Gallagher, Scorpions, Nile Rogers, Bronski Beat, David Hasselhoff, and many more.

POLITICIANS: Melina Merkouri (former Minister of Culture in Greece, Actress), Cicciolina (member of the Italian Parliament, Porn star), and members of the Greek Parliament.

He is a member of the Canadian Association of Journalists.

His community activities include fund raising through ‘radiothons’ for “SOS Children’s Village”, “Children Smile”, UNICEF, and supporting the Canadian Embassy in Greece in organizing a “Terry Fox Run” in Athens.

His hobbies include music, photography, sports, and travelling. He is an athlete of “Hercules” Greco-Roman Wrestling Club, in Greece.
