GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the Province of Quebec and without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any legal lawsuit or other action brought by Groupe CHCR, you or any third party to enforce this agreement, or in connection with any matters related to this Site, shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of either the provincial or federal courts located in Montreal, QC, Canada.

NO WAIVER, SEVERABILITY

No action of Groupe CHCR, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms of Service. Should any clause of these Terms of Service be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

MODIFICATIONS

Groupe CHCR reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any change or modification made by Groupe CHCR will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
